Terms and Conditions

  1. Information on prizes and how to enter form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter is GoSee Limited, Level 7, Spark City, 167 Victoria Street West, Auckland 1010, New Zealand, 0800 570 007. The competition is run for GoSee's camper rental brand, Motorhome Republic.  
  2. Entry is open to entrants aged 18 years or over who have booked a motorhome with Apollo, Just Go or Bunk Campers in the UK or Ireland on motorhomerepublic.com and within the promotional period. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: child or stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, stepbrother, stepsister, 1st cousin or partner.   
  3. Promotion commences at 2pm NZST on 7th February 2024 and closes at 11:30pm NZST on 21st of February 2024 (Promotional Period).   
  4. Only one (1) entry is permitted per person. To the extent an individual makes multiple eligible entries within the Promotional Period, they will only be entered into the prize pool once. The Promoter will accept the first entry that is submitted by the entrant.    
  5. The winners will be notified by email by 6pm NZST 28 February 2024.    

How to enter

  1. To enter, entrants must, within the Promotional Period, make a booking with Apollo, Just Go or Bunk in the United Kingdom or Ireland on the motorhomerepublic.com website. 
  2. By entering, the entrant warrants that:   
    1. the email address provided is a valid, active email address and was created by the entrant and currently in use by the entrant only;  
    2. does not breach the privacy or intellectual property rights of any person. 

Judging

  1. This promotion is one of luck. 1 winner will be randomly selected from all the valid entries at the end of the Promotional Period at GoSee Limited, Level 7, Spark City, 167 Victoria Street West, Auckland 1010, New Zealand. The Promoter’s choice is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.    
  2. The winner will be notified by email. The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize by 2pm 6 March 2024 by replying to the notification email.   
  3. If any winner does not accept the prize within the specified time limit, that winner forfeits the prize and a re-draw will occur at the same time and location as the original draw, and a new winner will be notified by email week commencing 7 March 2024 and have a further week to claim their prize.   
  4. There will only be one re-draw per prize. On the occasion a re-draw winner does not claim their prize within the required time, then the prize will be forfeited. 

Prize 

  1. The prize winner will receive an e-gift card loaded with €200 Euros. The e-gift card will be sent to the winner's email address they made the booking under.    

General  

  1. The Promoter may (but is not obliged to) at any time reject and/or remove from access by the public or disqualify or invalidate any entry that it considers (in its sole judgment) is not eligible or infringes these terms and conditions. The Promoter will have no liability to entrants in that regard. If this occurs in respect of a winning Entry, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to the next valid entry that is randomly drawn.   
  2. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used   
  3. Except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter: Is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on any computer system or at any website, or any combination thereof, including (but not limited to) any injury or damage to participant's or any other person’s property related to or resulting from participation in this Promotion; accepts no responsibility for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in connection with this Promotion, or by any technical error that may occur in the course of this Promotion; and accepts no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access.    
  4. To the fullest extent permitted by law and without limiting any other conditions of entry, the Promoter may, at its discretion, terminate, modify or suspend this promotion.    
  5. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, loss, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner, winner’s travel companion or entrant; or (f) attendance at the prize event.    
  6. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize. Independent financial advice should be sought.    
  7. The Promoter makes no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist at any destination. International travel advice can be obtained from various sources, including government and local consular offices.     
  8. The Promoter will use the personal information from your entry to send you electronic marketing messages and otherwise in accordance with its privacy policy and in order to conduct the promotion and administer the prize.   
  9. The Promoter may also use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to opt-out, access, update, or correct information to the Promoter.
