Northern Territory Competitions Terms and Conditions

1. Information on prizes and how to enter form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter is GoSee Limited, Level 7, Spark City, 167 Victoria Street West, Auckland 1010, New Zealand, 0800 570 007. 
2. Entry is open to entrants aged 25 years or over living in Australia. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: child or stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, stepbrother, stepsister, 1st cousin or partner.
3. Promotion commences at 8am Melbourne Time on 1 April 2023 and closes at 11:59pm Melbourne time on 30 April 2023 (Promotional Period).  
4. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence, employment status, booking reference). Ineligible entrants will not be entitled to receive a prize. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
5. Only one (1) entry is permitted per person. To the extent an individual makes multiple eligible purchases within the Promotional Period, they will only be entered into the prize pool once. The Promoter will accept the first entry that is submitted by the entrant. 
6. The winner will be notified by email by 2pm Melbourne time 04 May 2023
7. The Competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook and/or other Social Media channels. You completely release Facebook and/or other Social Media channels from all liability associated with this Competition.

How to Enter

8. Any eligible purchaser from Australia who makes a vehicle rental booking on the airportrentals.com or motorhomerepublic.com sites for use within Northern Territory during the Promotional Period will be automatically entered into the draw.   

Judging

9. This promotion is one of luck. Eight winners are randomly selected from all the valid entries at the end of the Promotional Period at GoSee, Level 7, Spark City, 167 Victoria Street West, Auckland 1010, New Zealand, at 8am Melbourne time on 03 May 2023. The Promoter’s choice is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. The winners will be notified by email. Each winner must confirm acceptance of the prize by 4pm Melbourne time 10 May 2023 by replying to the notification email.
11. If any winner does not accept the prize within the specified time limit, that winner forfeits the prize and a re-draw will occur at the same time and location as the original draw, and a replacement winner will be notified by email week commencing 19 May 2023.

Prize

12. Each prize winner will receive a gift card loaded with $250 cash.  The gift card will be sent to you after you have completed your trip.  If you cancel your booking (or postpone it for more than 6 months) for any reason, you will lose your eligibility for the prize and the gift card will not be provided. 
13. Promoter is a booking agent only and will facilitate your booking with the motorhome supplier you select for your booking (“Supplier”).  Your rental and use of the vehicle under your booking will be governed by the terms of the rental agreement with the Supplier. The rental agreement and any other documentation provided to you by the Supplier is between you and the Supplier and the Promoter will not be liable to you or to any third party in any way in relation to that agreement or your vehicle or rental service where your booking has been properly processed by us.  The Promoter is not responsible or liable to you for (i) the acts or omissions of the Supplier in respect of your booking or in the course of delivering the rental service to you; or (ii) any disputes in respect of your booking with that Supplier or that service, except in each case to the extent that responsibility for those matters may be imposed on us by applicable law. 
14. You must be eligible to complete the booking in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Supplier (e.g. meeting any applicable requirements of the Supplier for age, driver licence etc).  

General

1. The Promoter may (but is not obliged to) at any time reject and/or remove from access by the public or disqualify or invalidate any Entry that it considers (in its sole judgment) infringes these terms and conditions. The Promoter will have no liability to entrants in that regard. If this occurs in respect of a winning Entry, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to the next valid entry that is randomly drawn.
2. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
3. Except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter: Is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on any computer system or at any website, or any combination thereof, including (but not limited to) any injury or damage to participant's or any other person’s property related to or resulting from participation in this Promotion; accepts no responsibility for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in connection with this Promotion, or by any technical error that may occur in the course of this Promotion; and accepts no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access.
4. To the fullest extent permitted by law and without limiting any other conditions of entry, the Promoter may, at its discretion, terminate, modify, or suspend this promotion. All entrants participating in this promotion at the point of termination, modification or suspension of the promotion will be notified by the Promoter by email. In the event of modification or suspension of the promotion, the entrant may choose to terminate their participation in the promotion at no cost.
5. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including, but not limited to, were arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, loss, unauthorized access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner, winner’s travel companion or entrant; or (f) attendance at the prize event.
6. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize. Independent financial advice should be sought.
7. The Promoter and Supplier collect personal information in order to conduct the promotion and administer the prize and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers and prize suppliers, and, as required, to regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to opt-out, access, update, or correct information to the Promoter.
