Pick up & Drop Off
The Alicante pick up/drop off location is not a physical location but a serviced non depot location. Autocaravan Express offer this option to enable their customers in cities outside of where they have a branch, ease of pick up and drop off of your vehicle. Autocaravan Express will arrange a location and times with you directly. At the time of reservation confirmation Autocaravan Express will contact you directly to arrange specific details on the pick up and drop off location in this city. Alternately please contact Autocaravan Express on the details provided above.
Pick up procedure Airports
The preferred location for pick ups and drop offs in this city is the main airport. We will meet you at other locations - e.g. your hotel but this must be pre-authorised and agreed upon. With Airport pick ups we will bring the vehicle to the Airport and you will be processed on-site meaning you will be able to drive away in your vehicle directly from the airport. You will be met in the arrivals hall by one of our staff members holding a sign with your surname on it. From there you will be taken to an airport car park within walking distance to process any remaining payment, paperwork, inspect the vehicle and have a demonstration / walk-through of the vehicle and all of it's features and operations. Any charges to be payable upon arrival can be made in either cash or with visa.
Drop off Procedure
Again, you will be met by one of our representatives at the Airport. Vehicle inspection / handover will be conducted on-site.

Security Bond return
The return of your security bond will be made using the same payment method you paid.
