• Instructies voor ophalen:

  Haal uw voertuig op en lever deze af bij de opslagplaats op het tijdstip dat in uw huurovereenkomst wordt vermeld.

  Gelieve uw voertuig op en af te halen op het afgesproken tijdstip.

  De filiaal bevindt zich op 15 mijl van de luchthaven

  Een taxirit vanaf de luchthaven kost ongeveer 35.

  Monday to Saturday: 09h00 - 17h00
  Sunday: open with prior arrangement
  Public holidays: closed, unless by prior arrangement
   
  Pickup and Returning time

  Pick up time between 15.00 - 16.30 (Monday - Saturday) and drop off / return between 09.00 - 11.00 (Monday - Saturday), however we can be flexible.

   

  Early/Late Drop-offs: 27 £ per every extra hour/part of an hour

  Saturday Pick Up & Drop off: Available for a fee of 50 £ for each Pick Up/Drop off on a Saturday

  Please note: if you require a transfer from / to the airport, then a valid mobile telephone number and flight arrival time / details are required at the time of booking. If these details are not advised the transfer cannot be arranged.
   
  Collection & Return
  Collection: Please allow 1 hour for the hand-over at the depot - to complete the documentation and demonstrate your vehicle to you. Please allow the same on your return. Return: The vehicle must be returned on the date, and before the time stated, on the rental agreement. Vehicles must be returned clean and in the same condition as they leave the depot, otherwise a charge will be made.
   
  Please Note: For clients outside of the EU, please ensure that you have an international license. If you do not have an international license you need to send a copy of your national license to Mcrent prior to your vehicle collection. You cannot produce your national licence on the day of pick up without prior approval , copies of your license are required for insurance purposes.
  Mcrent has recently changed insurers whom have stated that any driver from outside the EU or one that does not have an international licence must be processed for acceptance by the underwriters.  As a matter of urgency please ensure that if you are outside of the European Union and do not have an International permit, you must send Mcrent a copy of your licence.
  If you are due to pick up your vehicle at any of the Mcrent UK depots on a Saturday or Sunday and the drivers licence has not been pre-approved you will not be able to pick up the vehicle until Monday.
