After collecting your bags proceed out to the front of the terminal and cross the road to the public pick up area for your designated flight carrier ie virgin, jetstar etc. And wait for a Driveabout camper or vehicle with drive about sign-age to meet you there. Make sure you are in the public area for your flight carrier not bus area. You will be transported a short distance to The shell fuel service centre to finalise your paper work.
Brisbane International Terminal
After you clear customs proceed outside front doors and wait in the public pick up area where a Driveabout camper or vehicle with Driveabout signage will meet you. You will be transfered a short distance to the shell service centre to finalise your paper work .

Please pick up and return your vehicle to the depot at the time agreed upon in your rental contract.
