Pick Up Instructions:
Please pick up and return your vehicle to the depot at the time agreed upon in your rental contract.

Picking up or dropping off your vehicle outside the pickup hours may result in additional fees.

There is parking nearby where customer can pay to leave their vehicle.
Lil'RV can sometimes meet you with the vehicle at an agreed place in the Las Vegas area. Lil' RV will contact you directly in regards to this.
Office Hours
Monday - Friday: 9.00am to 4.30pm
Saturday: 9.00am to 12.00pm
Rental Office will be closed Sundays and on the following public holidays: Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day.
Vehicle Collection and Return
- Pick up time are between 1pm and 3pm even on Saturday and Sunday. If the customer wants to collect the van earlier, they need to pay the early collection fee.
- We do have 24/7 pick up and drop off. This just need to be arranged with one of our team members.
- We are a remote company so the customer will always hear from us before collection. They should reach out if they have not heard from us but please always check their email.
A “late return fee” of $55.00 will apply if the desired return is between 11.01 am - 3.00 pm.
Please note - if vehicles are returned late, without permission, a charge of $20 will apply for each hour that it is overdue.
Transfers:
Failure to return return the vehicle at the depot or an agreed place may result in a relocation fee being charge or up to $700.00.Transfers to and from the rental office are not included in the rental price. It is the renter’s responsibility to get to and from the rental office.
